Conference Registration - Introduction
Registering By Mail, Fax, or In-Person
You can register by mail, by fax, or by bringing your forms into the office. To do so, please review this information (click here). You must register by one of these methods if you want to pay by check; do not use the on-line registration pages.
Registering On-line and Paying By Credit/Debit Card
If you register on-line, you will proceed here through 6 steps. Your registration will not be complete until the final (payment) step is successfully completed. If you don't want to enter your credit/debit card on-line, then you MUST register by mail, fax, or in-person.
Special note about consults: If you would like to attend a consult this year, you can select who (the consultant) and what (one-on-one, group session, advance MS critique) interactively. Consult availability varies since other attendees are registering too. Some consultants will get booked early. The sooner you complete your registration, the more likely you will get the consults you desire. If you want to see who is still available now, click here. The on-line registration system will allow you to reserve consults now, before they are gone. With mail-in registration, there will be a delay and you may not get what you select.
The six steps to register for the Willamette Writers Conference on-line:
- Enter attendee's name and WW / school registration information
- Choose the days you will attend the conference
- Make consult requests for One-on-ones, Groups and Advance MS Critiques
- Conference options selection
- Enter your contact information
- Confirmation and payment (on-line payment is required)

Please review the conference information FIRST. Make your choices, then begin the on-line registration. Your registration for the conference must be completed in one session. Please be prepared before you begin by reviewing the on-line information and the 2010 conference brochure. There is no need to register on-line if you are not going to pay on-line. In fact, if you don't complete the on-line process with a payment, your selections and inputs will be lost.
