Thank you for choosing to use our new on-line registration system - revamped from last year to include "real-time" scheduling and reservation of consults (one-on-one, group sessions, and advanced MS critiques).
We highly recommend that you have completed your research and study of the conference activities / events prior to beginning this registration process. You can download the brochure here. If you want to sign-up for consults, then study the consultants' information (Literary Bios, Film Bios, Advanced MS Critique Bios) and review who is available. Decide who best matches you and your project BEFORE beginning Step 1. You will not select workshops during this registration process; you will do so at the conference. A "running estimate" of your conference costs will be displayed on each page. Look for it in the upper right portion of the pages. Step 1.0 - We start by asking your name and your membership / student status. Step 2.0 - You will specify which days you will attend the conference. Here you can preview the availability of the consultants on each combination of days you may attend. If you do not want to participate in the consults, you will skip to step 4.0. Step 3.0 - Next comes the optional consult selection. If you plan to Pitch (in a one-on-one), to attend Group Sessions, or to receive an Advanced MS Critique, you'll be able to sign up interactively. Our "real-time" meeting availability system will show you which meetings are still available on the days you are attending. When you finish this step, you will have temporarily allocated times on each meeting consultant's schedule and you must complete registration within 15 minutes to reserve those times. Step 4.0 - Next is the selection of your conference preferences and the opportunity to sign-up for our special events. Step 5.0 - Then you'll enter your contact information and see the total costs of your participation in the conference. Step 6.0 - At last, it is time to "confirm" and "checkout." Be sure to review your information and then proceed to on-line payment. Our system is fully secure, and requires a credit or debit card to complete. (Remember, your registration is not complete until you finish this step.) Do not use the on-line registration steps to pay by check or to "phone-in" your credit card information. Although our brochure says the you can use the on-line system to register and call the office with your credit or debit information, that is incorrect. You cannot register using the on-line system without paying on-line. We regret the error. If you cannot pay now on-line, review the mail-in registration page instead. Your Registration
