Registering By Mail, Fax, or In-Person and Paying By Check, Money Order, Credit, or Debit Card
If you want to register by one of these methods, you should fill out and deliver (by mail, fax or in-person) the registration form with payment. You may use either the printed brochure or the downloadable form, below.
You should view the list of available consultants if you'd like to participate in the consults. (We will only be able to reserve time with the consultants who are available when we process your form and you should only select consultants who are available when you are filling out the form.)
Our recommended steps are:
Step 1. Review the conference information in the 2008 conference brochure
Step 2. Do this step if you want to participate in the consults (one-on-one, group sessions, and/or advanced manuscript critiques). View the on-line consult availability page. Look closely at the days when the consultants are listed as available and make sure that you are attending on one of those days - otherwise don't choose that consultant.
Step 3. Fill-out a copy of the registration form. Follow the instructions on the form. A separate form is required for each attendee.
Step 4. Mail, fax, or bring your form to our office. Include payment by check, money-order, debit card, or credit card.
Then, you will receive an email confirmation from us after we process your registration. If you do not have an email address, the confirmation will be sent to you via postal mail.
