Notes:
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations before 7/1 subject to $50 handling fee. After 7/1, cancellations will be charged 25% of registration fees. No refunds on cancelled Manuscript Critiques or Special Events after 6/20.
- 1-on-1 Pitch and Group Meeting sales are limited during early registration to give each attendee better access to Agents, Editors and Producers. You will be given an opportunity to buy additional pitches and meetings, in person, at the Willamette Writers Conference, if additional slots are available (they usually are). The Consult Desk will be open on Thursday night to assist with any existing and new registration scheduling requests. The Consult Desk will not be open for new sales until Friday morning.
- Non-member prices are the same as member prices plus one year's dues. Most people who are not yet members will take this opportunity to join Willamette Writers, but we've found over the years that some people just are not joiners, and we want to respect that.
